The house is rented furnished and equipped with everything necessary for 6 people, including bed and bath linens, tableware, and kitchen equipment.
Weekly rent includes electricity, gas, heating, and Wi-Fi internet connection. We do not have air conditioning, but the position, for the lake breezes, and the construction features, such as thick stone walls, make its absence hardly noticeable.
You will also find outdoor furnishings. In short, the house is complete with everything you might need, but if you have particular needs, we will try to accommodate them.
The house has a private buoy where you can moor your motorboat, and a dock.
For diving, swimming, and water sports, you have the choice of a private sandy beach or a pebble beach, or the pool with a counter-current swimming feature. For relaxation, there is the whirlpool tub.
We can help you plan elegant and typical dinners, tourist excursions, and mountain treks. To sum up, for a week or a month, we will ensure that you can enjoy our beloved house as if it were your private villa.
The tourist port of Pallanza is 500 meters away; motorboat rental is available there.
Just 100 meters from the house, you will find the tourist boat "Villa Taranto" stop, which can take you anywhere on the lake, to the Borromean Islands, Stresa, or the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso.
Next to the house, there is a beautiful cycle-pedestrian path that runs along the lakeshore for many kilometers.
