We will stipulate a rental agreement for short term and touristic use according to the Italian law. The rent includes the costs for energy supplies, heating, house cleaning, washing of linen and use of amusement equipment. The minimum duration for rental is one week, with arrival and departure on Saturdays, but if you want a longer period or need to change the day of arrival, please let us know.
